From The World's Fittest Book, this calisthenics training is great for anyone (incl. beginners), anywhere (at home or travelling), anytime.

To use this 3-part related-database log/overview of the programme, all you need to do is go through the Daily log selecting the Phase and Weekday and adjusting the date each workout is Planned for, and then check the Did it? box once you've done that day's workout (it won't disappear yet) and choose your perceived Difficulty (then it'll disappear from view).

In the second table you can get an overview for each of the four-week phases, and in the third see how I set up the weekdays for easy database-relating. I have not included the specifics of each workout for fear of copyright infringement, so I really recommend anyone and everyone to get the book, where you can just open up to a beautifully presented & illustrated break-down of each training. Or get creative and fill each training with your own exercise sets of that type :)
